Development Division – Continuing Education Center / Tikrit University

The Development Division is one of the key pillars of the Continuing Education Center, dedicated to the qualification and development of academic and administrative staff at the university through a variety of specialized programs and training courses.

Division Tasks:

• Teaching Methods: Organizing regular training courses to enhance the skills of faculty members and prepare them to adopt modern pedagogical approaches in higher education.
• Teaching Qualification: Overseeing teaching qualification programs and assessing the educational credentials of applicants for teaching positions at the university.
• English Language Unit: Delivering English language courses at various levels for postgraduate students and staff, as well as supporting researchers in preparing their projects in academic English.
• Turkish Language Unit: Offering structured programs for learning Turkish, aimed at students seeking to continue their studies in Turkish universities or collaborate with Turkish institutions.
• Development Programs: Designing and implementing specialized workshops in university performance development, academic leadership, and strategic planning.
• Documentation and Publishing: Digitally documenting all activities and preparing detailed reports on courses and events for performance evaluation and results monitoring.

The division continually strives to expand its activities to meet the needs of the university and the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education, through teamwork and continuous updates to its training programs.
